Overnite Oats

1/2 cup large oats
1 scoop favourite protein powder
1 tbs ground flax seed
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond Milk (careful, you may need less! It shouldn’t be soupy)
1 banana


  1. Get ready
  2. Mix all ingredients together except for banana in a bowl
  3. Slice banana and place on top
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight
